By downloading, installing, or using WellDrobe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users of WellDrobe, including the iOS app available on the App Store.
2. Description of Service
WellDrobe is an AI-powered fashion styling application that provides:
- AI-generated outfit creation and suggestions
- Virtual try-on functionality
- Fashion item detection and identification
- Outfit analysis and style feedback
- Shopping links for detected fashion items
The Service operates using a token-based system. Some features require tokens to use.
3. Accounts and Registration
To access certain features of WellDrobe, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Take responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
4. Tokens and Payments
WellDrobe uses a token system for accessing AI features:
- Free tokens: New users receive gift tokens upon registration
- Purchased tokens: Additional tokens can be purchased through in-app purchases
- Subscriptions: Weekly and monthly subscription plans are available for regular token access
- Expiration: Subscription tokens expire at the end of the subscription period. One-time purchase tokens do not expire
Refund Policy: All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policies. We do not offer direct refunds for consumed tokens.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use WellDrobe to:
- Upload images that contain illegal content, nudity, or content that violates the rights of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the security of the Service
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service
- Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission
- Upload images of other individuals without their consent
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. User Content
When you upload photos or other content to WellDrobe:
- You retain ownership of your content
- You grant WellDrobe a limited license to process your content to provide the Service
- You confirm that you have the right to upload the content
- You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights
7. AI-Generated Content
WellDrobe uses artificial intelligence to generate outfit suggestions and style recommendations. Please note:
- AI-generated content is provided for inspiration and guidance only
- Outfit suggestions may not always be accurate or appropriate for your specific needs
- Fashion detection results may not always correctly identify items or find exact matches
- We do not guarantee the accuracy of style scores or recommendations
8. Third-Party Shopping Links
WellDrobe's Shop the Look feature provides links to third-party retailers. We:
- Do not guarantee the availability, price, or quality of third-party products
- Are not responsible for transactions made on third-party websites
- May receive affiliate commissions for purchases made through our links
- Do not endorse any specific retailer or product
9. Intellectual Property
WellDrobe and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Abdssamed Tosun / Teqergy and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the WellDrobe app or website
- Use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without permission
- Create derivative works based on the Service
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WELLDROBE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused paid tokens will be forfeited upon account termination due to terms violations.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Turkey.
