To provide styling, we collect:

• Photos you upload — images of your clothing and, optionally, selfies used for color analysis and virtual try-on.
• Wardrobe data — item types, colors, tags, and outfits you create.
• Account details — name, email, and authentication info.
• Usage & device data — app interactions and basic device information used to improve performance.

2. How we use your information

We use your data to organize your wardrobe, generate outfit suggestions, run color analysis and virtual try-on, sync your closet across devices, and improve our styling models. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Your photos & privacy

Your photos are encrypted in transit and at rest, and are used solely to power your styling experience. They are never sold or shared for advertising. You can delete individual photos, items, or your entire account at any time from within the app.

4. Sharing & service providers

We may share limited data with trusted service providers (e.g. cloud hosting and analytics) strictly to operate the app, under agreements that require them to protect your information. We may also disclose data where required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete content or your account, we remove the associated data from our systems, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact hello@teqergy.com.

7. Children

WellDrobe is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
